Covered services (cybersecurity, backup recovery, Microsoft 365) varies according to each client’s requirement and contract, however as a rule of thumb, everything related to keeping your existing IT environment in tip-top shape is covered (Helpdesk support, system administration, regular maintenance, network troubleshooting etc).
You may approach your account manager for clarification if you have any doubts on the services you are entitled to.
What is NOT covered under Managed IT Support?
Add, move or change requests, new devices and/or users not covered under the Managed IT Support contract, IT projects are out of the scope of the Managed Support IT coverage.

How is Managed IT Support pricing calculated and managed?
Our pricing is based on a per workstation/server/user basis, we work out each quarter whether there is more or less device/staff and adjust the monthly fee accordingly.
Can I cancel my Managed IT Support contract?
We understand there are concerns of being struck in a 1 year contract with a support provider who is not giving you the IT support you need, if we break any of the conditions we promise to you, you have grounds to cancel your contract with us and walk away.
Can I cover only some users and devices under the Managed IT Support contract?
All users and devices have to be included to get covered under our SLA and support.
An onboarding fee plus an ad hoc service fee will be charged for service users or devices that are not under the covered list. Delay may also be experienced when requesting for support for uncovered users or devices.
Does my company need to be on Microsoft 365 for your Managed IT Support?
