Covered services (cybersecurity, backup recovery, SOC) varies according to each client’s requirement and contract, however as a rule of thumb, everything related to keeping your security services updated and working at protecting your company is covered.
On our SOC plans, remediation and support response to cyber-attacks are covered.

What is NOT covered under Managed Security Services?

How is Managed Security Services pricing calculated and managed?
Depending on the type of managed security services, our pricing is based on a per workstation/server/user basis.
Can I cover only some users and devices under the Managed Security Services?
You may choose to protect only certain users and devices, however as cyber threats are all around us, we advise companies to consider covering all users and devices as you never know where the attack is coming from.
My company is on Microsoft 365, can you provide cybersecurity to us?
Yes, we have extensive experience and knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, our managed security services are vetted to be compatible and working with Microsoft 365.
My company is on Google Suite, can you provide cybersecurity to us?
